Effective October 21, 2022, the AAA-ICDR implemented a new process for credit card payments. Affected parties will see notations on their billing statements and receive separate communications via email.
We will charge these customers a 3.5% surcharge when they make payments using their credit cards. American Express cards are no longer an accepted form of payment.
NYS Insurance customers are exempt from incurring this surcharge and will be reimbursed quarterly by a check.
